I purchased AdaptlyPost Tier 2 to manage social media for Grupo GodAl, my advertising and digital printing business in Mexico, founded in 2005. I also plan to use it to manage social media for clients.

I've been testing the platform with two businesses, Grupo GodAl and Dogo Chetumal, and my overall experience has been positive.

✅ What I like:

• The interface is modern, clean, and relatively easy to use.

• Workspaces allow me to keep different businesses and their social accounts organized separately.

• I successfully connected Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile for both businesses.

• Creating one post with different captions for each social platform is extremely useful.

• I can save drafts, reopen them, edit their content, and schedule them.

• Image formatting options are useful, especially the ability to crop images or fit them over a blurred background.

• The connection links for clients look promising for agency workflows, although I haven't tested them yet.

🔧 What I would improve:

• Post previews need more interaction. Facebook and Instagram previews show "See more", but clicking it doesn't expand the caption. Google Business Profile displays the "Learn more" button, but it cannot be clicked to test the link.

• I would love a best-times-to-post feature similar to Metricool, with a calendar heatmap and audience activity percentages for each platform.

• Time zone selection needs improvement. I couldn't find America/Cancun, which uses UTC-5 throughout the year.

• Connecting additional Facebook pages and Google Business Profiles can be confusing. I had to update permissions or reconnect accounts to make my second business available.

• Analytics could become a strong feature, but I still need more time to evaluate the data and reporting capabilities.

I haven't tested the AI tools, MCP, API, or OpenClaw integrations yet, so I can't evaluate those features.

Overall, AdaptlyPost is a promising product for small businesses and agencies. The ability to manage multiple brands, customize posts by platform, and schedule content from one place is valuable.

I hope the team continues improving the previews, analytics, and publishing workflow. I'm looking forward to seeing how the platform evolves. 🚀
