I’ve been through a few social media schedulers. I won’t name the last one, but using it felt like doing my taxes in a dark room. Adaptly is the first one where I opened the dashboard and thought “oh, I actually know where everything is.” The interface is clean and logical, and I didn’t need a YouTube tutorial and a strong coffee to schedule my first post.

I use it for my business, and it’s made posting feel less like a chore I keep putting off. Fewer clicks, less faffing, more time for literally anything else.

The one thing I’m impatiently tapping my foot about is a unified inbox, with all my messages from every platform in one place. I’m currently doing the tab-hopping shuffle like it’s 2015. The team says it’s coming, and once it lands this goes from “really good” to “how did I live without this.”
