The developer is helpful, responsive, and clearly works hard on AdaptlyPost. Support has been quick and it feels like the product is actively being built with users in mind.

My favorite feature is the Shareable Connect Link. You can generate a link so a client can connect their own social accounts, with no dashboard access required. Getting non-technical clients to hand over access to their accounts has been a constant pain point for me, and this removes most of that friction. I send a link, they click through and authorize, and I'm done.

The roadmap looks great too, and I can't wait for Google Business Profile support. That will be a big win for anyone doing local marketing.

The API also works well. It has slotted cleanly into my internal applications, n8n workflows, and database, which makes it easy to automate scheduling instead of relying only on the dashboard. Highly recommended for agencies and anyone managing social accounts for clients.
