Solid multi-account scheduler — we run 3 brands on it daily
We’ve been using AdaptlyPost to schedule Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (and Stories) across three brands. For a deal-tier tool, the calendar + multi-account workflow is genuinely useful: upload media, write captions, set times, and keep a content bank filled weeks ahead without juggling separate native apps.
What I like most is that it stays out of the way once posts are queued. We schedule stills, carousels, and Reels/Stories in batches, review the calendar, and let it publish. Support has been responsive when we’ve hit API/edge cases (e.g. Stories vs feed behavior) — they owned it and fixed it, which matters more than a perfect UI on day one.
It’s not trying to be a full creative suite or ads manager, and that’s fine. If you need one place to schedule and publish social for multiple accounts without enterprise pricing, AdaptlyPost does the job. Happy we picked it up on AppSumo.
