I bought AdaptlyPost for a very specific reason: I wanted to manage my social posting directly through ChatGPT. Years back I purchased Publer, and it was great, EXCEPT it didn't do X.com, and that's one of my biggest channels, and it's like $40/month PER x account! But now, I can upload videos, customize captions for different platforms, schedule everything, RE-schedule everything, and make changes without bouncing between a dozen tabs.

Now that the workflow is working, I am VERY excited about what this opens up.

But what really pushed this into 5+ taco territory is the support.

I ran into some frustrating issues getting larger videos uploaded through the ChatGPT integration. I sent Taras detailed messages and Loom walkthroughs, including a couple that were definitely longer than a support person probably wants to watch. 😂

He worked through the issues with me, redesigned how the integration handled uploads, tested larger files himself, and kept following up until we got it working. This wasn't a generic “thanks for your feedback” response. It was actual troubleshooting and actual changes.

And he addressed my other feedback point by point: what they could fix quickly, what belonged in a larger redesign, what was already on the roadmap, and what was limited by the social platforms themselves. I really appreciate that kind of honesty.

One example: I mentioned that I couldn't hear audio when previewing videos in the dashboard. After a quick clarification and a short Loom, he told me audio toggles would be live in a few HOURS. That's the kind of responsiveness I'm talking about!

Is every corner perfectly polished? There are still some rough edges. But the core workflow I purchased it for is now working, and the team has been exceptionally responsive about improving the experience.

I create content regularly and manage multiple brands, so being able to handle this through ChatGPT is a big deal for me. AdaptlyPost is becoming exactly the tool I hoped it would be.

Great functionality, outstanding support, and developers who actually listen. Easy five tacos. I'd give more if AppSumo would let me!
