Was told I could find competitor ads but found none and to contact support but no one has contacted me back.

I bought the tier 3 product and I'm not pleased with both the product and company support so far. I understand that the company is a startup but they could still be more supportive or not over-promise on the product. I'm also a bit confused how they intend to fulfill on their promise as it requires a lot of data to get competitor ads.

Even semrush doesn't capture all ads and they process a lot of data. If they even got semrush ad data it be better than what they currently have.

Perhaps try grabbing ad data from all the major seo tools on competitor domain queries with available API's. That's the easiest way to get this data while being superior tool to current competitors. You can cache this data and store it as well to prevent further queries from being charged from their apis. The current credit system works as it'll be a natural rate limit per month.

You maybe able to get adtransparency ads from google for free just to make the product more cohesive and let users have ads all in one place.

The mvp is great in concept. It needs more work. Hope this doesn't offend the team and just wanted to leave feedback as a customer who needs a tool like this to really work and wants a company like this to succeed. Would love to further communicate with the team if possible.
