The code redemption form is in English only, please try reloading the page. The tax residence field is a menu in which you must select the area most relevant to your tax residence. "EU" if it requires access from a European Union country, "Non-EU" from a non-European country.
In any case, if you have difficulty, you can send the information for redeeming the code to this email address info@addplus.it.

Thanks for your reply. The confusion is when I click on "Tax Residence" field, it shows me 3 options:
Extra UE
UE
Italia
I don't understand which one is for me as I'm from Pakistan. This is the only thing I'm stuck at right now.
