I'm struggling to see how this is helping solve anything that other free tools available across the web couldn't already do in a much more simple way.

I don't see the value in using this tool as the UI is not very user friendly and it seems like they're just tying to combine way too many features under a single roof but they didn't make the user experience simple enough.
