islandQ: Hi there, I put the code on my website over 2 weeks ago and the stars are still not showing up on a google search.
I've also contacted support twice and haven't heard anything back.
Quite disappointed so far for the lack of support and the stars not showing up as advertised.
Any help would be appreciated.

I can't identify you from your AppSoumo handle, which means I cant trouble shoot your issue. I get that you might not want to disclose your email address here.
2 things please, Live support is available between 8 am and 6 pm UK time.
If you login to your dashboard, select client list > view ID, and leave your message including your ID, we can use the email address attached to your login and reach back out to you that way.

Is it the homepage you are hoping to have the stars showing for? If so, it does not work for homepages ;)
You are right, stars don't show on the home page of a website, It's a Google limitation. but with every update, addition, or code change, we think about a way for the stars to show on the home page, but as of now, they don't show on the home page, and we don't have a way of showing them.
