While I wish we could display stars on the homepage, Google unfortunately doesn't allow this. We've tried to make it clear across our sites, Q&As, chatbot, and support that homepage stars aren't possible due to Google's policy (and I linked to their policy for reference).

Regarding your second point about updates, Google collects reviews directly from your website, not AddStars. Our system refreshes your reviews every 24 hours, but your website's caching settings impact how quickly they'll show. I suggest adjusting your cache refresh rate if you want new reviews to appear faster, or manually refreshing the cache.
