- I'm joining the messages sharing my utter confusion of no longer offering and in fact deleting my account with nearly 300 video's (that have not been stored anywhere else). Harsh lesson there is not trusting software platforms *Doh* Who ever made the decision at Adilo or Big Command, needs to consider the much bigger picture. Reputation my friends is a fickle creature. Please AppSumo add some pressure to them to at least give us the chance to access and re-download our own assets (with more than a weeks notice - I was away on holiday!)
- My account has now been restricted and it is massively affecting my business. AppSumo please would you communicate what is happening - the time for saying you will update us when there is something to report has come and gone. Accounts are now being suspended and terminated.
- I paid for a Tier 4 Lifetime plan in July 2021 that was upgraded to a Tier 5 Lifetime Plan in January 2022. Adilo takes your money and runs. And nicely says:"by paying a subscription you protect your content" as if I hadn't already paid for it. Adilo offered the lifetime deals, I/we paid for it, Adilo took the money, which is a binding contract and must deliver. In my country, changing essential terms of a contract unilaterally is called skipping the law in their own interest. I'm not dead. Adilo is running. Lifetime is Lifetime. Thank you Appsumo for advocating for LTD Adilo buyers, but I see your message was posted 3 months ago and yet Adilo is continuing cancelling the Lifetime plans. Is there anything that can be done to regain our paid lifetime plans or is this just a take it or leave it, as I fear?
- Paid for a Business Lifetime plan in 2021. In 2026, Adilo suspended my account unless I switched to a subscription. Their reason: “lifetime is no longer sustainable.” That may be their problem — but breaking a paid agreement is not acceptable. No compensation, no alternatives, just TOS copy-paste and take-it-or-leave-it. A lifetime plan that can be revoked when it stops being profitable is not a lifetime. It’s a warning sign.

The Context: I spent over $300 on this service (Adilo) under the promise of a lifetime deal. They are currently failing to meet even the minimum standards. AppSumo sold this as "Lifetime," but it feels more like "Lifetime... as long as the vendor feels like it." Adilo has the responsibility, but I paid AppSumo. My Question: Given that I no longer trust this product nor the "Lifetime" guarantee: What is the specific process to obtain a full refund or credit for this breach of agreement? I am requesting a refund or a transfer of credit because the product sold does not match the service provided. Regards.
