I paid $79 for a Tier 1 account which included: - video branding and watermarking - lead captures, CTAs and interaction tools - DRM anti-piracy - as well as all Future growth plans Testing out my video player I discover that I am locked out of - Player Branding - i can't capture emails before the video - when I try to add an in-video Email CTA doesn't save or appear in the timeline - there's no viral share for before video in the interaction tools - there is no watermarking Can you please activate these features for me?
Question: Why do I have to encourage you all to screenshot the offerings on this page and limits and features? Should we have to write emails such as these? The offer on Appsumo included Watermarking not as part of the associated "plan" but as part of the overall deal for all users. I understand you are stripping it from plans but you cannot strip additional permissions and access not related to the monthly plans especially if they are not related to the plans but separated by the deal you offered. The offerings for those that purchased included: The Video Branding and Watermarking (include image of the "FEATURES INCLUDED IN ALL PLANS") As well as 5000 Dynamic Watermarkings Sessions per month for Tier 5 and above. (Tier 3 = 2000 sessions and Tier 4 = 3000 session) (Include screenshots of Tiers) Note: 2 legitimate questions have been asked and there is nothing that should allow this Question to be declined.
Adilo have just gone back on their promise to keep the plans as is. They just announced that from August 1st, all security features will become chargeable. What's the point of a "lifetime" deal if companies such as Adilo keep changing the deal?
Adilo site is been down for days now. All pages with embedded videos are showing 502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)
The Adilo website and servers seem to be down. I can't see the Adilo video I embedded on my course site at all, and when I log in to the Adilo website, all information including the video has been deleted! My customers are not seeing the videos! Please check this urgently!
