Q: Question regarding refund policy for broken "Lifetime" promises

I am writing to ask for a formal solution regarding my purchase.

The Context: I spent over $300 on this service (Adilo) under the promise of a lifetime deal. They are currently failing to meet even the minimum standards. AppSumo sold this as "Lifetime," but it feels more like "Lifetime... as long as the vendor feels like it." Adilo has the responsibility, but I paid AppSumo.

My Question: Given that I no longer trust this product nor the "Lifetime" guarantee: What is the specific process to obtain a full refund or credit for this breach of agreement?

I am requesting a refund or a transfer of credit because the product sold does not match the service provided.
