Q: So many questions are not being answered, which is concerning.
As someone who is considering getting this deal, the level of responsiveness from the Adilo team does not instil a lot of confidence.

My question is: In Tier 1 & 2, do we get one custom domain?

Custom domains are accessible in tier and 2, you need to upgrade to Tier 3 to access it.
