I'm joining the messages sharing my utter confusion of no longer offering and in fact deleting my account with nearly 300 video's (that have not been stored anywhere else). Harsh lesson there is not trusting software platforms *Doh*

Who ever made the decision at Adilo or Big Command, needs to consider the much bigger picture. Reputation my friends is a fickle creature.

Please AppSumo add some pressure to them to at least give us the chance to access and re-download our own assets (with more than a weeks notice - I was away on holiday!)
