Harsh lesson there is not trusting software platforms *Doh* Who ever made the decision at Adilo or Big Command, needs to consider the much bigger picture. Reputation my friends is a fickle creature. Please AppSumo add some pressure to them to at least give us the chance to access and re-download our own assets (with more than a weeks notice - I was away on holiday!)
I paid for a Tier 4 Lifetime plan in July 2021 that was upgraded to a Tier 5 Lifetime Plan in January 2022. Adilo takes your money and runs. And nicely says:"by paying a subscription you protect your content" as if I hadn't already paid for it. Adilo offered the lifetime deals, I/we paid for it, Adilo took the money, which is a binding contract and must deliver. In my country, changing essential terms of a contract unilaterally is called skipping the law in their own interest. I'm not dead. Adilo is running. Lifetime is Lifetime. Thank you Appsumo for advocating for LTD Adilo buyers, but I see your message was posted 3 months ago and yet Adilo is continuing cancelling the Lifetime plans. Is there anything that can be done to regain our paid lifetime plans or is this just a take it or leave it, as I fear?
Paid for a Business Lifetime plan in 2021. In 2026, Adilo suspended my account unless I switched to a subscription. Their reason: “lifetime is no longer sustainable.” That may be their problem — but breaking a paid agreement is not acceptable. No compensation, no alternatives, just TOS copy-paste and take-it-or-leave-it. A lifetime plan that can be revoked when it stops being profitable is not a lifetime. It’s a warning sign.

My Question: Given that I no longer trust this product nor the "Lifetime" guarantee: What is the specific process to obtain a full refund or credit for this breach of agreement?
