Q: Where is your company located, starting date, and how many employees do you have?

Thank you for checkout out Adilo.
We've been in business since 2019 but Adilo was launched in 2020.
We are located in Wilmington, DE and currently have 14 employees.
When we initially launched Adilo, we had so many users join in the the first few weeks that it become so overwhelming to address support tickets timely.
On one hand it was great that people love the product and joined our platform. But that also meant we received many support tickets and for a small team like ours, we weren't able to address them timely.
Over the last couple of weeks, we have added new support staff to help address the need support of our growing user base.
Users can now expect to get a response to their tickets in 2 hours. In peak-periods like now, we are still able to address tickets within 12 hours of their receipt.
