I'm pleasantly surprised by the sleek interface of Adilo! Everything is very polished & once my video is uploaded, it looks great in the player. The onboarding is really great too: there are tool tips that pop up once you enter a screen so that the powerful tools offered by this service never get to be too overwhelming.

It seems like support is working overtime, responding to messages even over the weekend & even in their brief absence due to my timezone, I am able to use the knowledge base to get my questions easily resolved.

What's really cool is that audio is offered domain protection as well, so I plan to use this service to embed audio recordings on my membership site. I also want to move my vimeo videos here. For unlimited storage, this is really a steal!
