Q: Activation problem

Hi guys,
after purchasing, I wanted to activate the app and followed all the instructions as described. Instead of "sign up," however, it said "login," even though I had never registered before. I went to my AppSumo dashboard to start over, but instead, it says "activated." How could I have activated it if I didn't even have an option to sign up? I would really appreciate some support soon. Thanks in advance.

A: Please go to the AppSumo product page and find our product. After clicking on it, you will be redirected to the product activation page. then click 'Activate.' You will be redirected to our site, where you will see a form. Fill out the form and verify your email. Your system is not working as intended and multiple users have pointed this out. You keep repeating the same answer but it is not helpful. I bought this 3 days ago and cannot access any files so far. I have written support like you mentioned with NO reply for 3 days.

You can initiate a refund and then place a new order through AppSumo. During the activation process, consider using a different email address.

Lisa51 is right. Something's not working. I followed your instructions, but after failing activation, I can't make changes on the AppSumo product page since it's marked as activated. I can't contact support at https://adirectory.io/support/ because I'm not registered and can't complete the sign-up. I reached out via https://adirectory.io/contact-us/ but haven't received a solution. We need answers

Same Issue, went to activation and sent to login screen. no form to confirm.

why you not answer my message from yesterday through the contact form or the email from appsumo-support today? Why your support email-adress is not valid?

Hi Masud, I followed the recommendation to refund and repurchase. This time, I used a different email for activation as you said, and it went through successfully. However, I only received Tier 1 instead of Tier 4, which I paid for. I've reached out to the support team again for assistance.

Yes, AppSumo was informed about it, and they also took care of me and contacted you as well. To simplify things, I initially repurchased Tier 4 and then canceled the first purchase. The issue with Tier 1 has also been changed to "unlimited" in the meantime. It was a difficult process, but I hope everything is now sorted out. I just need to try it out, thank you for the reply.
