Q: Hi Sumo-lings, It has been quite an adventure being part of AppSumo so far.
We truly appreciate all the reviews, questions and feedback we've gotten during our campaign.
To celebrate our 1 month + 4 days of being here, I'd like to share some thoughts and progress that we have gone through:
1) First of all, this is quite a community, and I love how you guys are trying to help out others in finding the best solutions as their favorite SaaS services. Also, we truly appreciate your ability to see the future potential in the products presented here.
2) We know we are nor ready yet - but we are getting there little by little! WE ARE LISTENING TO YOU ALL THE TIME. So keep on sending us messages, as you have done so far and be part of our progress!
3) There were quite a few reporting some issues that some functions take too much time (rendering, uploading, making changes in timeline). This shouldn't be the case, and if you ever experience this, always try to refresh the page, and let us know about it. We will always find a solution for that. For example, the adblocker issue, that caused missing the chatbox and also other problems in the timeline.
4) Please don't hesitate to write us reviews here on our deal page, once you have some experience using the app. Those are really helpful for both all the fellow-Sumo-lings, as well as for us. Your experienced issues are a top priority for us.
5) Here are the features we've added since starting the campaign in mid-January:
-Re-versioning: duplicate the video with different aspect ratio, creating videos easily for different channels such as YouTube (landscape), Instagram (square) or Snapchat (portrait)
-Ken Burns effect for images
-Fade In/Out transitions in both videos and images
-Audio Support for uploaded videos
-Music filtering by genre or by the energy level. Now it's easy to find high energy rock or low energy acoustic music to your videos
-Smoother text editing
-iPhone playback support
-New video-templates
-Some user interface fixes
-Various other improvements to ensure a smooth video creation for you
