Hopeful
I can see the program has a lot of potential and I know it's still in beta. That being said, I'll be grateful to see the bugs fixed. First off, it's crazy slow. It lags hard with every change I make. Secondly, it won't allow me to upload my logo or images, even though I should be able to do so. When I try, they immediately disappear like I never uploaded them. I say immediately, but I really mean immediately following the thirty minutes I waited for it to finally finish uploading. However, I still like the program. When everything is done and running smoothly, it'll be a great tool for my business and me.

If you tried AdLaunch yesterday, we are aware that we had a brief interruption in the connection with Filestack, which we use for user media uploads. But luckily, it was only temporal and didn't last for long. Now the uploads (videos, images and logos) should work normally.
We are working hard to get everything running as smoothly to reach all of your expectations, and little by little we are getting there. Thanks for being hopeful and that you'll patience in that!
About the slowness: it shouldn't be the case, and there must be something wrong if it feels really slow.
Could you please send us your user email, so that we could investigate what might have caused the problem?
