Q: Is Posting Publicly the Only Way to Get Support?

I've purchased Tier 2, so I'm your actual paying customer.

I've been waiting over a week for a reply from your support team, but haven't heard anything back. Meanwhile, I see questions being answered here daily.

Is posting publicly the only way to get any help? I'm honestly considering a refund because this level of support isn't what I expected, especially if I run into issues with your product.

Same here....never get a reply from the support even after trying to reach out multiple times. I have again asked for help yesterday and still waiting for a response. This is concerning for us.
