Q: Post deal upgrade for increased ad spend
Hi Berka,
If I purchase Tier 3 and in the future need to increase my ad spend above $100,000 a month - are there any one time upgrade options. i.e can I pay a one time amount to move my ad spend to $200k, $300k etc?

Thanks for your question! Our system doesn’t really look at short-term highs and lows in spend. If you ever see a consistent, long-term difference above your current plan (say moving from $100k/month to $200k+ on a regular basis), then we can absolutely support you.
Instead of a one-time upgrade, we’ll adjust your plan so it aligns with your new long-term spend. That way, you always get stable performance and support without overpaying during temporary spikes.
