Q: Work around for "Third-party consumer technical support" policy
Hi Adsby
I run a local smartphone and computer repair service and have been using Google Ads since 2014. I had to stop when Google suddenly introduced their "Third-party consumer technical support policy" - all my ads got rejected.
However, people in my industry still advertise: some by avoiding terms like "phone," "laptop," "repair," and brand names, others advertise as before and live with the consequence of getting banned.
I would like to start again but avoid violating Google's policy: https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/13527027?sjid=14514869902527650745-EU&hl=en-GB
Can Adsby help me create compliant ads that avoid these restricted terms while still reaching local customers? I only advertise in a specific local area, targeting zipcodes and cities around my shop. also would 1 tier meet my needs ?

Yes, Adsby can help you stay compliant. We’re aware of Google’s strict Third-party Consumer Tech Support policy and always keep an eye on updates — it’s a rule we all need to follow.
Our AI Agent helps rewrite risky ad copy and avoids flagged terms, especially in sensitive categories like phone/computer repair. We support Danish and local targeting by zip codes too.
That said, the final responsibility always lies with the advertiser — so we help, but you make the final call before publishing.
Our Starter Tier should be enough for your needs. Let us know if you want to test it out!
Thank you, I would love to give it a try.
