I reached out to technical support to set up an account using my company email. They told me that I needed to delete the previous account created with that email to do so. I logged into the account and couldn't find that option. I asked their chatbot, and it replied that such an option didn't exist. I sent them the response from their AI, and I never heard back from them. That's the level of service.

I like the simplicity of Adsby, but it’s clear that the tool is not fully developed yet. For example, only Search campaigns are available right now — PMax is greyed out and not clickable. I assume it will be added soon, but based on past experiences with other tools, this is usually when they start charging extra for additional features. I’ve been burned before with “lifetime deals” that later turn out to mean “lifetime for the current features,” and if you want more, you need to subscribe.

In terms of optimization, it works well with Search campaigns, but I’m not entirely sure it’s doing its job correctly under the hood. I have mixed feelings — it’s definitely better than nothing, but not enough to make me fully satisfied.

I bought this a long time ago but didn’t use it. I regret it now. So much lost income.
Adsby is amazing. My Google ads actually work now and Im 20% above my competition, and they are massive businesses. I’m in a franchise and other owners are asking why I’m so busy. I will upgrade my Adsby so they can pay me to do their ads

I recently started using this app, and I must say, it’s not very good. What one would expect is for the AI to start “automatically” fixing or even recommending what should work. However, this app essentially takes Google’s ads interface and repackages it into a new one. I haven’t found any value in it, especially with the AI agent. Unfortunately, it hangs when engaged in a chat, and that’s all it is—a chat agent. It doesn’t do anything for you or automate anything. Honestly, the AI agent should be optimizing, applying, and working on your behalf.

It should be noted that the founder was extremely willing to meet and to help train us and the team. He went out of his way to try and give us a live onboarding experience, given that it was missing at the time of activation an actual onboarding experience. However, we canceled the second and third meeting because we had an issue with Google ads that needed to be resolved. However, he was willing to help guide us live. So he definitely gets an A for effort and for trying to reach out and help his customers have a better onboarding experience. The Chat function, however, I was never able to resolve after the first few tries. This was one of the areas he wanted to see for himself, but due to our rescheduling, I was unable to show him.

Very clean interface. Adsby simplifies Google Ads management. Helps identify potential keywords and negative keywords. Assists with creating compelling ads. Used together with the Google Ads console.

The white label report provides simple professional summaries. Much better than the reporting I used to provide from Google Data Studios.
