Bought mainly for the White Label offer. Have waited since day one of purchase for SSL to be set up and it never has been. Who would want to visit my site with an unsecure notice? Managed to get one answer from support weeks ago but useless really as nothing has been done to fix the problem. What I needed has not been done and support no longer will answer. They have never answered their ticket system. They have never responded to their support desk. An email address provided bounced back. I guess the response I got was probably more through embarrassment of my asking for support on the Appsumo offer page. They gave me another email address for some contact but that is no longer replied to. I guess the cannot fix the problem. Also they have not provided the sales pages or videos to use for marketing. Just another bad experience online of people advertising and selling things that do not do as they say. I understand glitches and problems, I can work with that, but ignoring contact and not proving what is paid for for week after week is just frustrating and time wasting. I hope they never get to sell on Appsumo again.
