the variable couldn't be used, but we need it urgent, because our business model needs them. hope to get here an answer... we have bought here the lifetime deal last year.
Thanks a lot for a good question. Adscook uses whitelisted and trusted IP by Facebook to make requests to Meta. Our app is live for a few years now and thousands of accounts have been connected/managed so far with no issues. Account bans are mostly related to the accounts' activities and health status.
Thank you for the information provided. I have a couple of questions.
From what I understand, if I'm traveling or in a similar situation, I won't have to use Adspower or Proxy. The main source of IP for Facebook when I'm logging on AdsCook would be AdsCook IP, not my local IP. Could you please confirm if my understanding is correct?
Also, I have recently purchased tier 3 and I'm currently unable to activate it. I have sent an email regarding this issue. Could you please assist?
Thanks a lot for the question again. I could not identify your email, but I see there are no unread or unanswered emails in our inbox. Could you pls double check on your end?
Yeah, about the IP - you are correct. If you use Adscook, no need to change your IP.
Hope this helps!
Q: Hello, can I have multiple team members log in and use the platform with their own access or do they need to access my username and password?
Q: I bought Scalify and Adyouneed only for the promised automatic Facebook and Instagram post promotion feature but none of them delivered.
Post boosting is a must for social media agencies but it uses up way too much resource and could be automated without any drawback. Revealbot has this feature and this is one of the main reasons why it became popular among agencies. I saw "Auto post boosting" in your roadmap backlog but I'm curious if it really will be implemented in the near future or it is just there as it was in the 2 mentioned platform's roadmap and never will be implemented.
Also I'm curious about why only 1 Google analytics view can be connected and why is that connected for the whole Adscook account. Different Facebook ad accounts usually mean different clients with different Facebook / Instagram pages and Google Analytics properties. When will this be changed? (Also it would be easier if we would be able to set up clients with their ad accounts, Google Analytics accounts, Facebook and Instagram pages for the drop down menu so we could change accounts in a single click insted of choosing everything one by one).
The automations are really great and the relative and dynamic options are the most useful things a rule based automation feature can have (Scalify doesn't have anything like this so I would migrate my rules to Adscook as soon as possible). But an email notification option would be nice to really be able to keep track of changes.
One last question. I haven't seen product catalog ads in your roadmap. The product catalog based carousel ad type is really missing from the available ad asset types. It is a must for any eCommerce client. Did I miss something in your roadmap or you really don't work on it?
A: Hi and thanks for such a detailed feedback and questions. So let me try to go one by one.
- Auto boost post: Good news is we got too many requests recently and set a high priority for this feature. We are finalizing specs now and will start the development soon. - Google Analytics Multiple Views: You brought a great point which was in our original specs. Most of our existing users where good with one view but I totally agree on supporting multiple views/accounts. You brought another good point about setting up different project/client accounts. The first one can be delivered relatively easily. For separating client level scopes we may need to collect some more feedback and conduct user interviews. But we will set it in our roadmap for sure. - Rule notification will be in the nearest future. - Yes Catalog ads is the only feature missing from our roadmap for now. We are having very few such requests especially after IOS14 update. Overall the main reason of the LTV deal to collect valuable feedbacks like yours and rethink our roadmap. To sum up, except Catalog ads, other features will be delivered soon. If you drop your email to our support we will keep you posted once we have an update for Catalog ads.
Hi, a while back, we discussed about not having provisions for separating client level scopes. I was wondering if this feature has been implemented now? It's crucial as I manage multiple clients and accounts. Thank you.
Can I ask what Adscook offers over www.Markopolo.ai for FB ads (this was another Ads platform I purchased when it ran on Appsumo and covers most Ad platforms...and can use as an agency). Whilst Adscook is more focused specifically twd Facebook Ads. Can it be used by small agencies?
Would you mind listing bullet points Adscook has that Markopolo doesnt. Thank you kindly

A: Kate_Adscook Apr 6 1693 9:00 am | Deals Bought: 4 | Member Since: 01/21/22 Hi Andrew,
Yeah, you were right about missing your other reply. Sorry for that.
Thanks a lot for this detailed message.
Let me go through the points one by one :)
1) Yes, this is something that was on our roadmap, and later, when we opened the "shared account" option, our active agency users were satisfied with the solution and we dropped the "team" feature development due to our lack of resources at that time. But totally agree, there are some cases where this is a real blocker for the users, and we are happy to take this into consideration while planning our future tasks.
2) Overall, the billing system of the ad spend lies on the side of Facebook, so each Business account gets billed by its own payment method. In Adscook, the user (e.g. the agency) pays only for the monthly subscription of our service (and not for the ads), in this case only for the Appsumo deal. Ad spend is still charged by Facebook, and we do not have the authority to charge the users by our end.
3) Noted. Unfortunately, we can't give any ETA for any feature, as we should do our research before any development and prioritize all the tasks available. After that, the feature (in this case API) gets or does not get into backlog of the development. So I am sorry for this now, but no date info is available for me now.
4) Sorry, maybe I do not get this fully, but as far as I understand, there could be a workaround, and while sharing the report to your clients with a screenshot, you could skip the logo part from the viewport. If I am mistaken, please let me know and we can discuss more details.
5) Yeah, right, if the Appsumo user exceeds the monthly limit of his/her tier, then they can switch to the monthly subscription (that will be billed only to the agency and not to the clients). The discound may vary depending on the adspend. So whenever the amount is exceeded, the Appsumo user contacts our support, and we take it into the product marketing dep to understand the discount to be applied.
Hope these answers helped you. If there are any other points of discussion, I will be happy to continue it via email (kate@adscook.com) as the deal is over soon and we won't be able to go on here on our product page in Appsumo.
Thanks a lot for your question. Yeah, indeed, Adscook is an alternative tool Markopolo. The difference is that we are focused on Meta ads. - Adscook's automation is more powerful and flexible. For instance, you can set up an automation rule, that will pause your FB ads based on Google Analytics data... - Adscook has the easiest ad creation flow - no complications, a bunch of presets (so you don't need to fill out most of the fields while creating 100s of campaigns), and bulk ad creation (over 100 ads at the same time) within minutes. - Cross-account dashboard, this is quite useful for advertisers who separated their ad accounts for certain reasons but meantime need to see cross-ad account report just in one view. These are the main differences, I am sure there are more.
Hi, thanks for your reply Kate. Firstly I like the idea you're focusing on one Ad platform (meta) and aim to become among the top tier at that! Here are some of your key Q&A’s consolidated below this reply (which may be helpful for many sumo’lings on the fence). I would say for a small agency offering this service to clients... 1) Separate workspaces would be KEY (not having to rely on one person having to offer to share accounts with each team member for every client, as that’s really not scalable …it’s also a bottleneck.
2) Not having the ability for each client to be billed individually from their bank or card is an accident waiting to happen, esp if all funds are consolidated and taken from our bank (plus the exchange rate differences, as everything is in $, so outside the U.S, that needs to be considered (only time before we find we’re out of pocket due to exch rates).
3) There is no ability to directly send or email or log in for clients to view reports, which even if you made this possible, they are not white-labeled. The platform also does not offer WL either. If we could at least push each clients data to our “own” third party dashboards that would be something at least (I use Oviond.com) and would be workable, though would require you to have an API for integration, which I see is on your roadmap…can you provide an ETA on this please?
4) Could we at least have the ‘option’ to click a button to hide your logo/branding from the platform (other platforms offer this). If clients were to see the Ad platform we’re using they will know for up to $5k monthly Ad spend its costing us $29pm.
5) one other point is that in one reply comment you mentioned Sumo’lings would get a huge discount on paid monthly subscription plans. Could you please be more specific in % discount Kate. My thought here is that we have your Sumo deal and keep for ourselves inhouse to run our own ads…and train staff up on, then purchase a paid monthly subscription for each client (which you bill to us and we bill on to the client (so they will not know the of the name the Ad platform tool…hence if/when we need to log-in and screenshare when a client on a call, they will not see the Adscook branding). Yes, of course CNAME would be awesome if you decide to offer that on your roadmap, so they don’t see the URL either, though I may be able to blur that out for now! By purchasing additional client plans on monthly subs, also helps towards rolling revenues to support your ongoing progression
Thanks. Andrew

The users get this email when refunding from Appsumo or canceling their subscription in Adscook.
I guess, you had an old plan from Adscook, and then you bought a new license from Appsumo, and activated it with your previous email, so your new plan got canceled. Could you please send your email to support@adscook.com and we will check it asap.
We contacted the support already before as we ordered the first time with another account and could not activate. no reply for more than a week. now I contacted the support again after your reply. Again no reaction
Q: Hi,
Would this generally make it possible to manage fb ads account completely without ever needing to us fb ...
ads manager directly again for campaigns, like could i pretty much do anything with this that the fb ads manager can, create any type of new campaigns or ads etc? Any limitations you still need to access fb itself for? Thanks
Adscook supports some functionality of Ads Manager, nor all campaign types are possible to create. But if you create Leads, Sales, Awareness, or Engagement cmps, then you can use Adscook only, just the payment method, pixels and FB pages should be set up in Meta. However, the answer to the question of whether Adscook can completely replace Meta Ads Manager, the answer is negative. I hope this will help you!
A: Hi Sumo-ling! Thx for your question. Google Ads are not included in Adscook. As we became Meta partner during the year, we fully put our resources to FB/IG ads, that's why GA is not a priority yet. Our vision is to give the best Meta automation tool.
Happy to hear that you want to use Adscook! Yeah sure, you will see both IDR in your Adscook account, as well as target Indian locations/audiences, just as in Ads Manager. For ads, you will continue paying from Facebook. We only charge for our service, in this case, you just buy Appsumo license once and can use it lifetime. Hope this answers your questions.
Thanks for the clarity. Now my understanding is that, i will directly pay to facebook and use appsumo Adscook a/c tier1 lwithout any payment to you for lifetime. And in future google ads, or any other ads will also be part of this deal and will be paying such platform to, directly from our ads a/c.. not via Adscook.
Thanks for making it clear.
Also this will be your top tier a/c features here at AppSUmo?
A: Hi wagner49, Thanks for your question. No, there is no option to export the data to spreadsheets. Instead, you can send us example of your report to support@adscook.com and we will automatically generate it every X days and send it to your email. (depending how often you need it)
Q: Hello, your lead management answer is definitly something that I am thinking about as well.
Have you considered adding a Leads2List like functionality? That would really be great, and email list to audience would also be an important feature for building custom audiences. Also does your platform support behavioral retargeting as this can greatly improve the ROI/ROAS of a campaign over regular retargeting? Also, what kind of pixel integration do you use - the regular FB pixel, 3rd party pixels, or do you have your own, and if so, is it first paty server side data so you don't get blocked by ad blockers and MacOs? I am currently using a LTD for Markopolo, however, if you are guinning for the top Meta automation platform then I am defiitly interested! Thanks
Thx a lot for your questions. Unfortunately, we are not covering all the functionals you mentioned. Let me go 1 by 1. For now, we do not have Leads Management features in our roadmap, but I will be happy to discuss this with the product team! Behavioral retargeting is not included in our functionality as well. In Adscook, we are using FB pixels only. About the ad blockers - it's recommended to turn off ad blockers while using Adscook, as some ad creative previews are considered as ads by the extensions. However, you have 60-day money-back guarantee, so you can give this a try and see how you can benefit Adscook's features.
A: Hi tom895, Sure thing! We support Engagement campaigns, you can both create, analyze and automate them. However, how the campaign results are depends on FB algorithms and your settings. Adscook has no privilege here.
What benefits I will get with Adscook compared to Meta Business Suite? As they have added a lot functions too...for example AB testing. Second question, I was looking for your company in Meta Partner Directory but could not find your company, so I have asked Meta support, but they were unable to verify your partnership, can you tell me where I can find that you have active partnership with Meta?
Thx a lot for your questions. First of all Adscook top benefits are bulk ad creation and flexible automation, + easy ad creation (you can create presets with locations, campaign settings, detailed targetings etc.). And what Meta does not have is the cross-account dashboard. You can choose different ad accounts in one dashboard in Adscook and compare the metrics, or build some automation rules for all of them.
About the Meta partnership - we are in the probation period now, I guess that's why we do not appear in the directory. I will check with our Meta Account Manager as well, thx a lot.
Alright, sounds promising! Can you let me know here about the business partnership? I would like to know what Meta have to say and when the gonna add your company to the directory as I have some clients which accounts can't be put in stake. When I will be able to show that your partnership is valid, there will be no problem at all;-)
Q: Is it still LIVE or dead?
I am just checking if I just burnt my $79 again...Is it still LIVE or dead?
Thanks Appsumo.

Yes, of course CNAME would be awesome if you decide to offer that on your roadmap, so they don’t see the URL either, though I may be able to blur that out for now!
By purchasing additional client plans on monthly subs, also helps towards rolling revenues to support your ongoing progression
Thanks. Andrew
Q: Not sure if you saw my reply Kate, would you please Firstly I like the idea you're focusing on one Ad ...
platform (meta) and aim to become among the top tier at that! Here are some of your key Q&A’s consolidated below this reply (which may also be helpful for many sumo’lings on the fence). I would say for a small agency like myself offering this service to clients with Adscook...

May 15, 2024A: Hi Andrew,
Yeah, you were right about missing your other reply.
Thanks again and have a great week...
Kate.

Hi Joel,
The users get this email when refunding from Appsumo or canceling their subscription in Adscook.

Q: Hi, Would this generally make it possible to manage fb ads account completely without ever needing to us fb ...
ads manager directly again for campaigns, like could i pretty much do anything with this that the fb ads manager can, create any type of new campaigns or ads etc? Any limitations you still need to access fb itself for? Thanks
Kate_Adscook
May 15, 2024A: Hi @Jay377,
Adscook supports some functionality of Ads Manager, nor all campaign types are possible to create.

Q: Will you be adding Google Ads Capabilities?
Deciding between you and Revealbot and trying to see what differentiates both of you.
Kate_Adscook
May 15, 2024A: Hi Sumo-ling!
Thx for your question.
Google Ads are not included in Adscook.
As we became Meta partner during the year, we fully put our resources to FB/IG ads, that's why GA is not a priority yet. Our vision is to give the best Meta automation tool.
Hopefully this helps you!

Q: As i am firm India, can i use the same in indian rupees , and to that from India and for Indian locations & audiences?
Do i have to pay you for ads or directly facebook will be paying for ads?
Kate_Adscook
May 14, 2024A: Hi mokasingh,
Happy to hear that you want to use Adscook!
Share Adscook
Thanks for the clarity. Now my understanding is that, i will directly pay to facebook and use appsumo Adscook a/c tier1 lwithout any payment to you for lifetime.
And in future google ads, or any other ads will also be part of this deal and will be paying such platform to, directly from our ads a/c.. not via Adscook.
Thanks for making it clear.
Also this will be your top tier a/c features here at AppSUmo?

hey @lighthouse, yes sure!
Q: Is it possible to export campaign data to a spreadsheet?
Kate_Adscook
May 15, 2024A: Hi wagner49,
Thanks for your question.

Thanks
Kate_Adscook
May 14, 2024A: Hi rodsaffiliatemarketing,
Thx a lot for your questions.
Please let me know if you have more questions.

Here is what I am talking abou with Leads2List - https://getleads2list.in/
As I am looking for a Meta/IG platform that can do it all, thanks again!
Great, thank you for your quick and concise answer!
Q: Does this tool work well for engagement Facebook as campaigns to build a page following?
Thanks!
Kate_Adscook
May 14, 2024A: Hi tom895,
Sure thing!
We support Engagement campaigns, you can both create, analyze and automate them.
However, how the campaign results are depends on FB algorithms and your settings. Adscook has no privilege here.

Thanks!
Q: Pre-sale question...
Kate_Adscook
May 14, 2024A: Hi @hacked!
Share Adscook
Alright, sounds promising! Can you let me know here about the business partnership? I would like to know what Meta have to say and when the gonna add your company to the directory as I have some clients which accounts can't be put in stake. When I will be able to show that your partnership is valid, there will be no problem at all;-)
