Hi Joel,
The users get this email when refunding from Appsumo or canceling their subscription in Adscook.
I guess, you had an old plan from Adscook, and then you bought a new license from Appsumo, and activated it with your previous email, so your new plan got canceled.
Could you please send your email to support@adscook.com and we will check it asap.
