Q: I bought Scalify and Adyouneed only for the promised automatic Facebook and Instagram post promotion feature but none of them delivered.
Post boosting is a must for social media agencies but it uses up way too much resource and could be automated without any drawback. Revealbot has this feature and this is one of the main reasons why it became popular among agencies. I saw "Auto post boosting" in your roadmap backlog but I'm curious if it really will be implemented in the near future or it is just there as it was in the 2 mentioned platform's roadmap and never will be implemented.
Also I'm curious about why only 1 Google analytics view can be connected and why is that connected for the whole Adscook account.
Different Facebook ad accounts usually mean different clients with different Facebook / Instagram pages and Google Analytics properties.
When will this be changed? (Also it would be easier if we would be able to set up clients with their ad accounts, Google Analytics accounts, Facebook and Instagram pages for the drop down menu so we could change accounts in a single click insted of choosing everything one by one).
The automations are really great and the relative and dynamic options are the most useful things a rule based automation feature can have (Scalify doesn't have anything like this so I would migrate my rules to Adscook as soon as possible). But an email notification option would be nice to really be able to keep track of changes.
One last question. I haven't seen product catalog ads in your roadmap. The product catalog based carousel ad type is really missing from the available ad asset types. It is a must for any eCommerce client.
Did I miss something in your roadmap or you really don't work on it?

May 14, 2024A: Hi and thanks for such a detailed feedback and questions.
So let me try to go one by one.
- Auto boost post: Good news is we got too many requests recently and set a high priority for this feature. We are finalizing specs now and will start the development soon.
- Google Analytics Multiple Views: You brought a great point which was in our original specs. Most of our existing users where good with one view but I totally agree on supporting multiple views/accounts. You brought another good point about setting up different project/client accounts. The first one can be delivered relatively easily. For separating client level scopes we may need to collect some more feedback and conduct user interviews. But we will set it in our roadmap for sure.
- Rule notification will be in the nearest future.
- Yes Catalog ads is the only feature missing from our roadmap for now. We are having very few such requests especially after IOS14 update.
Overall the main reason of the LTV deal to collect valuable feedbacks like yours and rethink our roadmap. To sum up, except Catalog ads, other features will be delivered soon. If you drop your email to our support we will keep you posted once we have an update for Catalog ads.
Hope this helps and thanks for your insights!

Hi, a while back, we discussed about not having provisions for separating client level scopes. I was wondering if this feature has been implemented now? It's crucial as I manage multiple clients and accounts. Thank you.

Hi gaston,
Unfortunately not, as the feature did not get enough requests from the other users and did not make it to the development.
