Q: Do you have Viber and Instagram DM integrations?
If not, do you have them in your plans, and when we can expect to get them? All my communications there right now.

May 14, 2024A: Viber yes, however, as far as I know, Viber API is only supported on business accounts.
We can look at adding Viber support in the application, however.
IG, is in the plans, and as its a Facebook service, I think its only a matter of time till they open up DM and so on.
You can be sure that the moment API's become available we will be adding them.
