1) Does this web based SAS or is it an Adroid app? I would mainly be using this on a desktop.
2) Would I be able to enter and move my contacts from one stage to the next with this app on a desktop?
I don't really need the recorded conversations, just need a visual of where everyone is in the pipeline process.

1 - it's built predominantly for desktop however, to have full functionality of all channels you will need to have an android phone active.
2 - yup, thats not a problem at all!
Hi - I think what you mean is that some features are not available on a desktop because someone can't receive What'sApp on a computer if they don't have it installed on their phone. That's fair enough. Is this what you mean by full functionality? Thank you.
