I purchased 7 codes of this product when it was on AppSumo three years ago, and at the time I gave it a 5 Taco review (see my unedited, original review below).

Does this product really perform as stated? I'll never know, as there is NO WAY I'd EVER trust this product enough to use it with clients. It's been a disaster, almost from day one.

The Founders basically took the last lot of AppSumo money from this product and poured it into another generative AI product that creates ad copy. They essentially abandoned ADYOUNEED at that point in time and let it wither and die.

There were EXTENSIVE timeframes (think in terms of months) when the product was offline and/or completely unusable. Emails to support and directly to the Founder (Tufan), were routinely ignored, or replies were simply lies about when the product would be back online.

The product has proven to be extremely unstable, and the team behind it, completely unreliable and untruthful. AppSumo cannot possibly be ignorant of the dramas with this product, and I'm AMAZED that they are allowing this substandard product and demonstrably unreliable company back on AppSumo. It's a big disappointment to me.

I'm not somebody who generally leaves negative reviews. I'll just refund a product if I don't like it and move on. ADYOUNEED deserves nothing but contempt from those who purchased the product in good faith and got nothing worthwhile in return.

I'd describe this product as my worst AppSumo experience.

Be VERY careful about this product, and more importantly, the people behind it.

MY ORIGINAL 5 TACO REVIEW:

What an amazing app! For inexperienced users and/or users with a limited need for more granular control, ADYOUNEED is a dream come true. Intuitive, simple to set up, easy to understand and use, it ticks all the right boxes. What about price? I'd describe it as AMAZING value for money.

If you have a need for more granular control ADYOUNEED is not the right tool for you - and it isn't designed to be that tool. It's for people who want to get their ads up and running, fast, without having to deal with the tedious BS that virtually all platforms demand in their native form.

That's the good stuff. There are some negatives, like the contrast colours in dark mode being a bit painful to look at and some issues with how sub-accounts are described (employees), but I see things like that as minor, readily resolvable stuff. My guess is they'll change these things when they have enough user feedback to support that.

It's a young platform with a modest roadmap that looks achievable. If they achieve what they want to, ADYOUNEED could end up being the bargain of a lifetime. I'm seriously considering upgrading to the full 7 Codes and using it for our agency clients. My guess is that at least 80% of all client needs for paid ads could be met with ADYOUNEED.

I don't review a lot of apps. This one appears to be a well above average deal.
