Inaccurate
I have been seeing Adzooma all over the place and I was considering signing up.
I took this deal in order to get an idea of how the platform works, and I actually needed a report builder!
- That is amazing.
However:
I looked at one of my accounts (campaigns are currently paused), and the reported cost was off by $500 and the clicks off by more than 60%. - Compared the past month vs the Google Ads Dashboard.
This discrepancy makes me question whether or not I can rely on Adzooma in order to manage advertising campaigns in the future. I am hoping they get these issues sorted out: either better UX warning users of inaccuracies or actually improve the accuracy of the reports to match reality.

What you have reported isn’t in any way typical of what our users normally experience and sounds like an isolated incident. I want to make sure this is looked into and rectified ASAP, could you please shoot our friendly support team an email (help@adzooma.com) with your Adzooma account details so we can check into this for you?
Another quick thing to note, is when you first connect to Adzooma, we only import the last 30 days worth of data. So if you are selecting a date range greater than this when first using the reporting software, this would explain the discrepancy.
