At first, the platform looked promising. The UI seemed decent, the concept was attractive, and having a Shopify App made it feel like a good opportunity for affiliate management.

Now it now appears abandoned. How hard it takes to maintain the service? https://afficone.com/ The developer won't spend less than $50/yr to keep the official website live. So disappointed about this deal.

App never worked, was basically just a template to look good for sales. You could connect things and log in to things but none of it actually worked. Tried the shopify plugin version for my website which didn't do what it was meant to - track affiliate sales. Would constantly go down or need to be reinstalled by alerting the developer that it had stopped working for them to update it. That was basically the experience of it. Could also spoof sales in browser console, so I just installed a financial security risk on my online store. Domain has now shut down. Had to find developer's discord to actually get in contact, was given a sob story about why they took everyone's money then ran. This happened in under a year of it being sold on appsumo. Can see in a review below mine here the developer basically saying they were 'over it' as the reason this all happened. Bought tier 3, no refund given. Was originally launched here in 2023 then had issues and pulled from store, then launched again in 2024 after Noah's post about improving vetting for sellers. Disappointed with appsumo for this one, just getting burnt over & over again with product experiences like this.

He took the money from Appsumo and moved on.

Because of this, I will never buy on Appsumo again.

I think this company is a shell. I paid good money and never heard from them once. It never worked from day one.

I chose this product for the API, and I'm using it properly as best I can tell: I'm getting the appropriate returns that say affiliates have been added, but none can verify since verification emails aren't sent out. I'm emailing again today. I hope the company is still supporting users.
