I asked a simple question about manually adding customers and assigning them to affiliates and I've heard nothing after multiple attempts and avenues (web form & email). I think this is out of business.

UPDATE
I had Appsumo intercede and get them to respond to an email I sent. They finally responded and said they had a DDOS attack on their company, then no response beyond that. So I had to go out and buy another affiliate software, Pushlap Growth. Looks promising but sort of bent out of shape that there is no other effort to make right on this.

Appsumo hates when I return too much software but what do you expect me to do? When I sniff out any issues with a start up here on Appsumo, I bolt!
