Mixed Feelings
It's easy to use and I like the layout of everything. My biggest issue is I have not been able to get any help from Afficone with a couple of issues I ran into. It's been about 3 weeks with multiple emails sent to them with no response and there's no other way to get ahold of them. I'm pretty disappointed because this seemed like a really good option for my business.

Oct 1, 2024Sorry for the bad experience you've had. If I recall correctly, your issue was needing to change your Shopify store's URL. We addressed that issue at some point but didn't reply to your email. You may have sent further emails that we either missed or forgot to respond to. September was a really busy month for us. Once again, apologies for the bad experience!
