Affinity Photo is a photo editing software for creative professionals with every feature needed to edit and retouch images, create multi-layered compositions, and more.

Affinity Photo offers non-destructive photo editing, RAW processing, and real-time tools for photographers. You’ll find all of the basic photo editing tools you’d expect like cropping, selecting, drawing tools, red-eye removal, and tools for creating vector shapes. The photo editor is compatible with RAW, JPG, TIFF, PNG, PSD, PDF and other file formats.

The platform also features advanced tools like batch editing, font effects, lens distortion correction, and clone stamp. Use the Assitant button, which appears as a tuxedo icon, to create presets for specific tools to save yourself time as you edit.

Affinity Photo offers a wide variety of brushes that offer a natural painting experience that can mimic natural media like watercolors. Add depth with rounded and textured retouch tools or paint using professional brush nozzles. Combine brushes for a more interesting brush stroke while customizing opacity, hardness, spacing, flow, shape, rotation, and luminosity.

You can also create your own custom image brushes from any pixel selection or intensity brushes from any maks’s pixel selection. Create brushes using your own texture and customize brush settings like wet edges and blend mode. You can even use brushes made by other users by importing .abr brush files.

With a diverse library of adjustments, effects, and live filters, you can create complex compositions with unlimited layers and effects. All of these can be grouped, clipped, masked, or blended together.

Combine mask layers together using compound masks. Use add, intersect, subtract, and XOR operations to combine multiple mask layers in a way that’s non-destructive. With live masks, you can mask layers with parametric controls like hue range or luminosity to build useful, non-destructive workflows.

Get very detailed with your editing and compositions. You can make extremely precise selections down to individual strands of hair. Affinity Photo’s advanced selection refinement algorithms and tools—like Selection Brush, Magic Wand, Paint to Select, and Pen Tool—help you make precise edits with ease.

Affinity Photo also offers 100% file format capability across Windows, Mac, and iPad. This means that you can work on the same file across any device, switching from iPad to PC with ease.
