Q: Are our uploaded PDFs and files private and not used for training the AI?

I saw in other comments that you mentioned our files are encrypted, and you and your team would never have access to our files. And once we delete a file, the file will be deleted permanently from the cloud storage.
Also you mentioned that our prompts, messages, etc are ours only and not used to train the Al.

Are these correct?

Does this also include the PDFs and files we upload to Afforai to use as reference or when we Chat with these files. Are these also private and not used for training the AI?

Thanks

A: We offer enterprise grade security to all of our consumer users (and yes, enterprise users because we serve universities already). We have many users that are researchers, consultants and in important professions that use Afforai so it has to be even stricter.

In short, your files are encrypted, my team and I would never have access to your files. Once you delete a file, the file will be deleted permanently from the cloud storage. As for Al models we offer in Afforai, if you noticed, the reason we choose to use Microsoft Azure GPT Turbo model and not OpenAl GPT4 is because we want to uphold our data security standards as stated. Azure GPT models in Afforai are enterprise-grade Al that comes with enterprise-level security. Your prompts, messages, etc are yours only and not used to train the Al.

I've written up our security practices here:

Everything is private, nothing, literally nothing is used to train the AI model.
