xingmaQ: Can't use "Reasoning" model
In the October 2025 update, Afforai (now logically.app) introduced a new “Reasoning” model group that includes Gemini Pro 2.5 (previously in the Advanced group), GPT‑5 (new), and Claude Opus 4 (new, if I recall correctly). However, AppSumo LTD users no longer have access to this group—even to Gemini Pro 2.5, which was previously available. Is this an oversight, or a policy change? It feels like AppSumo LTD users are being phased out by moving features into a newly named tier and limiting LTD access only to features that happened to keep their old labels. Could you clarify the intent and whether access for LTD users will be restored?

Thanks for your question. You’re right that with the October 2025 update, we introduced a new Reasoning AI category that includes Gemini Pro 2.5, GPT-5, and Claude Opus 4. These are high-compute-cost models that go beyond the scope of the original AppSumo LTD plans, which currently include access to our Standard and Advanced model groups.
Well, this isn’t a downgrade or a phase-out for LTD users - it’s simply how we’ve had to structure newer, more powerful models based on computing requirements.
We’re exploring ways to extend Reasoning AI access to LTD users, with a target update expected around Q4 2025. 🙏 We’ll be sharing more details once everything’s finalized.

Because you are removing BYOK that existed before you are forcing LTD user to either not get the models they could get before or pay extra. So its a money grab without any question. With BYOK users could have just used those models by themselves
Hi, BYOK was used by less than 1% of users and required ongoing maintenance. As much as we wanted to keep it, we retired it to focus on higher-impact features that benefit everyone. LTD users still enjoy Standard and Advanced AI models at a heavily subsidized rate, considering how affordable the original AppSumo tiers were. We truly appreciate your support. Our AppSumo community means a lot to us.
