Q: Hi - I have a Notion database with 10 books that I have written and 400 articles that I have written.
I would like to use this information as the source for articles that range in length from 500 - 1000 words. Is this accomplishable with your product? What is the longest document I would be able to have the AI write using my material as its source? Are my books and articles private or shared with your system/other people?

Afforai is meant to help you manage your research resources and help you do research responsibly, not to do your research for you. So with that said, Afforai can certainly help you in your writing process, it can help search, summarize, compare papers to extract insights, give citation, all the materials you can use for your writing but Afforai is not a writing tool to do it for you.
Team libraries or Shared Libraries are shared spaces where you can invite an unlimited number of Afforai users to share files, documents, notes, annotations, and collaborate on research. This is available to all T1, T2, 13 users. So, you can choose to keep your books, files, notes private, and/or share them to other people when you want to. It's up to you and fully in your control.
