Q: How many API credits are used if I choose to use Chat GPT-4?
I think it's 50 credits per call. Please confirm if this is correct.
The new offer provides 15,000 one-time API credits at Tier 3. Does that translate to 300 API calls? For this use case, assume I need to use Chat GPT-4 and will be using Zapier or Make.
What prevents you from changing the plan again in 3 months, perhaps offering 10,000 recurring API credits to all paying customers while we will all be stuck with zero.
It's also my understanding that the previous customer, including myself, will not actually get to keep the 15,000 recurring api credits that we bought. Is this true? Why did you decide not to grandfather the previous customers. How is this not a form of bait and switch.
Please don't mix this specific issue up will all the new features and advancements you've made with the platform. It's separate. Congrats on the update.

For your use case, it will be 50 credits per API call (using GPT4 only by itself, without any tooling, since you are using Zapier). Our change in pricing is always meant to be an upgrade for as many of our users as we can. The recent update was in spirit of many users asking to move away from the credits system. And we've listened and accommodated that. So, back to the point of the API usage, it's stemmed from the users' request and also the technical aspect to maintain the codebase simplicity.
As for calling if this is a bait and switch is a bit too much that I want to address this. On this topic, I want to make myself very clear in honor of me and my team hard work over the last 6 months. We worked HARD, we talked to so many, like over 500 power users to get feedback, design this next version of Afforai, and coded it, all in house to ensure quality to offer what Afforai is now.

1. My 15k monthly credits were removed. In its place i get 15k once off credits that translate into 300 api calls using GPT4. That is clearly a downgrade.
2. What stops you from doing this again in 3mnts and calling it another upgrade?

Alex - You are not addressing the API issue.
My comments and Appsumo review has been deleted or denied. I paid for a product and did not receive it. That is clearly bait and switch tactics.
I've just made a new From the Founder post to address your question. I have always been and continue to be transparent about everything we do. Afforai if it was a bait and switch, Sumo-lings would not have supported us until now. Food for thought.
