1. I don't see a white label option. When will it be available?
=> Afforai is not a customer support chatbot, so white-labeling is something we can offer easily. If you are interested in white-labeling option, you can submit a contact form here: https://afforai.com/contact and we can explore an enterprise deal. But otherwise, white-labeling won't be possible for LTD plans. LTD Tier 3 users now get access to enterprise organization feature, with a limit of 20 seats. Beyond that, they can contact our team to explore an enterprise deal, with white-labeling as an option.

2. Afforai is not responsive on smartphones and is only partially usable on tablets. What is the minimum screen resolution for a tablet?
-> We are working on mobile browser support at the moment. For now, please use Afforai on a desktop.

3.Tier 1 users get unlimited chatbot queries with GPT-3.5 and Claude Sonnet? Is BYOK required only for advanced AI models?
=> Native Al models (Azure GPT3.5, GPT-4, GPT-4 Omni, Claude Haiku, v3.5 Sonnet)
= Tier 1 gets access to GPT3.5 and Claude Haiku. Tier 2 and Tier 3 users get access to GPT4, GPT40, Claude 3.5 Sonnet. But all tiers get unlimited usage in Afforai. Afforai supports and offers these Al models natively inside Afforai. You can use these models with no limit.

Bring Your Own Key via OpenRouter (GPT, Claude, Sonnet, Gemini, etc)
= You can connect your API key via OpenRouter, allowing you to use other Al models in the market that we dont offer natively. But you will pay for your own usage via OpenRouter. Tier 1 users can use this feature to access GPT4, GPT4o, Claude Sonnet etc but Tier 1 users will have to pay for their own usage instead of Tier 2 and Tier 3 users getting it free, included.

API credits
=> This is credits for developers to be able to leverage Afforai using our API endpoint. That's super technical so a normal user don't have any need for this. This is not relevant to Afforai Al usage inside Afforai platform.

4.Can I start an organization with Tier 1 LTD and invite new users on the free plan?
=> Only Tier 3 LTD users get the ability to create an organization to manage billing for their team. But I'd like to clarify 2 things.
Team libraries or Shared Libraries are shared spaces where you can invite an unlimited number of Afforai users to share files, documents, notes, annotations, and collaborate on research. This is available to all T1, T2, T3 users.
Afforai Organization is an enterprise feature that allows you to create an organization, invite your employees, team members, and researchers in your department, and manage their billing, all in one place. This is exclusively available to T3 users.

Do free users get 20 AI queries per day and use my 20GB document storage for shared documents while having 500MB for their own uploads?
=> Correct.

5.For Tier 3 LTD, is the max allowed cost for one admin account and 22 seats $1,379 on Appsumo ($399 for 1 admin + 2 Tier 1, and $49 x 20 for additional seats)? Can more seats be purchased only from Afforai directly?
=> Almost correct, you can purchase additional 18 seats from Afforai, since you already get 2 LTD Tier 1 seats for free. And you can actually purchase any LTD tier you want for your organization. Not just Tier 1. You can purchse LTD Tier 3 x 18 seats.

6.How can I test the service with clients without displaying the Afforai brand?
=> this goes back to the white-labeling question I answered above.
