AquaInfoQ: Reasoning models
First of all, I use Logically a lot. Yes it has some oddities but overal I was very happy with my purchase.
But things are slowly changing:
- Your support website has moved to Reddit, from a clean dedicated website to a total mess and chaos. Support requests have to be moderated before being published....still waiting after almost a week.
- I have to find out on Appsumo that LTD users are left out of the latest models, although the reasoning models were part of the deal - see the description.
- You stated the newer modals are more expensive.....but that is not true. GPT-5 is cheaper - it just feels as a way to get some extra money from us.
My questions: reconsider including your LTD members into the newer models. Pickup the support and please ditch that awful Reddit, it is not suitable as support or informative serious platform.

Regarding the Reasoning AI models (like GPT-5, Claude Opus 4, and Gemini Pro 2.5), these were introduced in the October 2025 update as part of a new, high-performance model group. LTD users continue to have lifetime access to all Standard and Advanced models included in the original AppSumo deal.
Of course, we completely understand the desire to access the newer Reasoning models and are actively exploring ways to make this available to LTD users fairly and sustainably - with an update expected around Q4 2025.
