I'm not sure if this is clearly stated, but just want to know if your system include AI chat so that visitors can chat with the AI bot after business hours.
Can this be used in any platform like Webflow, Squarespace and Wordpress?

It does include the AI as a chatbot as a part of a workflow. The tool is super powerful so you can train an AI assistant on you knowledge and training and enable as part of a chatflow.
AI assistants currently only works with ChatGPT api key.
You can only perform actions inside the chatflow, as far as I know there's no webhook action for the chatflow.
