I had high hopes but ended up refunding

I really wanted to like this software but ran into issues as soon as I got started. The main reason I refunded it was I had a legitimate issues and questions, but when support responded to me, they were very short and acted like I was bothering them by asking questions. They gave me links to the community and said I should go there. After a few more messages, they acknowledged that the problem I was having was an issue they were working on.

Best of luck to Afforai I hope you get your support issues worked out.

Hello Mark, I'm sorry to hear of your experience with Afforai. We are a fast-growing startup working to build the best product possible, and we have tens of thousands of Sumo-lings that find Afforai valuable and use Afforai in their work.

So while we strive for perfection, not everything can be perfect right away, especially during high-demand periods like our Black Friday AppSumo campaign.

During an AppSumo Black Friday campaign such as this one, we receive a THOUSANDS of support inquiries, and so to be able to answer everything the best we can, we prioritize first directing users to our comprehensive User Guide, which offers valuable information and troubleshooting tips.

And 95% of the cases are resolved and people find the answers they were looking for. And for the 5% of questions are our Help Center doesn't address, we would help you further then.

Lastly, all support requests are reviewed by our development team to identify and resolve any issues. But again, with the high volume of tickets in the thousands, there will be a delay before a developer can address your specific case.

And based on your review, it seems like we did get back to you confirming that this is an identified issue that we will be working on. And I assume you are unfamiliar with how we do things, but we launch product updates every month without fail, that include massive updates and improvements. Many Sumolings can attest to this.
