You’re absolutely right that BYOK and API were originally part of the Afforai deal on AppSumo. After careful review, we found that less than 1% of users were actively using these features, while they required heavy engineering upkeep. To serve the broader community better, we made the difficult decision to sunset them and redirect our efforts toward features that will deliver more impact for the majority of users.

We absolutely understand your frustration. Please rest assured: your LTD plan remains intact and secure, and we’re actively building new, advanced functionality (like AI Commands and more coming soon 🚀) that we believe will provide even greater long-term value than what BYOK and API offered.

We’ll continue to keep all Sumo-lings updated on meaningful changes, especially when they affect LTD users. Your feedback matters, and we’ll take this into account as we prioritize future development.
