Reliability Issues Mar Otherwise Promising AI Solution
I initially purchased Afforai due to its promising capabilities and even upgraded my subscription during a promotional period. However, I've encountered significant issues with the service that have impacted my ability to utilize the product effectively.
The primary concern is that my monthly credits ceased to be issued approximately one month ago, rendering the service essentially unusable. This is particularly problematic as I had intended to implement Afforai's API for automation purposes in my workflow.
My attempts to resolve this issue through their customer support channels have been unsuccessful, with no response to my inquiries. The lack of communication and resolution is concerning for a paid service.
While the product concept remains sound, these operational and support issues make it difficult for me to recommend Afforai to potential users at this time.
