Unable to change the email address for the account ? - and other things about Afforai (?!)
The support is not able to change the email address for logging into the account. I have bought a lot of software, also from Appsumo. But until today, even if it should or could be changed manually via the support staff in person, there was always a possibility to change an email address. But here at Afforai, which is now called something else (no idea what that's all about ?!), you program an elaborate app and then you are not able to change an email address of an account ? I have never seen anything like this in my 30+ years of experience in the IT industry. I don't even want to use this app anymore, not to mention the other negative conspicuous features regarding the final results that the app/software aims to achieve.
Based on other reviews, and of course my own negative experiences, I come to the conclusion: Afforai is useless!
PS: Meanwhile there are other alternatives that do it better and cheaper ! The support puts off the problem of changing the email address, guess what, to Appsumo - that's just ridiculous!

Regarding the email address change: due to our current agreement with AppSumo, we are unable to update email addresses for AppSumo LTD accounts directly. You can trust that we are actively collaborating with AppSumo to explore a solution for this in the near future.
