I purchased Affpilot to automate article creation for my site, but unfortunately, I was never able to properly test the app because there were always bugs—right from the beginning. Despite reporting the bugs by email and tickets in October 2025, and again yesterday, nothing has actually been resolved after multiple updates.

On 18.10.25, there was a total outage: it was not possible to create even a single article. I contacted support via chat in the customer portal, asked for feedback and a solution, but to this day have received no answer as to why the portal suddenly stopped working.

After uploading 50 keywords with a schedule of one article every three days, the app published everything at once, causing all credits to be deducted immediately.

All articles were posted with the wrong publication date in the year 2026, which created further problems on my site.

The support team did reply on some incidents but the key issues remain. This is really disappointing because Affpilot does generate quality articles, and the concept is very useful. But given that the main bugs are still not fixed after all this time, I am unsure if the developer can resolve them going forward.

Sadly, I will consider requesting a refund on AppSumo unless drastic improvements are made. Good idea, good AI output, but the execution and support are just not reliable enough right now.
