Q: Active requests vs. a queue of requests
I'd like to limit customers to the number of active requests they can have open depending on their purchased monthly package. Additional tasks they request would go into a queue that they could reorder. Is that possible?

Mar 22, 2025A: Not right now. Clients can request tasks and you can approve. We have plans of adding productized service as an option where we will control the request counts
